How do I sign up?
Download the Clutch! app from the App Store or Google Play and register for a free account via Google or email.
How do I change my password?
Select the “Don’t remember your password?” link from the bottom of the login screen and follow the instructions to reset your password.

How do I buy a spot?
First, select Reserve at the bottom of the app and choose your event. You can then browse available spots by price and location. Once you have found the perfect spot, select “Reserve Spot”. From there simply enter your desired method of payment and the spot is yours!
What happens if I show up and there are no spots available?
If you have any issues on gameday, contact Clutch! immediately by emailing us through the app (email@example.com). We will work with other sellers in the area to quickly and efficiently match you with a similar parking spot.
What happens if I want to cancel?
To request a cancellation or refund, please be sure to contact us at least 48 hours before the event starts. We are unable to process refund requests within 48 hours of the event start time.
Can I transfer this spot to my friend?
Yes! Go to My Account > My Passes and tap the “Transfer Pass” button for the pass you wish to transfer. Enter the recipient’s phone number or email address, and they will receive a text or email with instructions for claiming the pass.
I am a seller of game day parking spots, how does Clutch! help me?
Clutch! gives you the opportunity to sell your spots days or weeks before your event by connecting you with thousands of buyers through the app.
How will I know that the cars that show up are the ones that purchased my spots?
The buyers receive a digital parking pass that resides within the app. They will also receive an email confirmation which they can print and show you upon arrival. The mobile parking pass and email confirmation will each contain date, lot name/address, and event name, which you should double check to ensure the Clutch! customer is in the correct lot for the correct event. When Clutch! customers arrive in your lot, open the app, tap the “Selling” tab, then the “Check-in buyer” button to scan that bar code using the camera on your phone.
What if a car does not show up for their spot? Will I lose that money?
Buyers may contact you if plans change, and you are free to offer flexibility in terms of allowing them to park in your lot after the designated arrival time or offering them a refund if they can’t make the event. Our standard cancelation policy requires buyers to request cancelation prior to 48 hours before the event start time. If no cancelation request is made and the buyer does not show up, you will still receive payment for that reservation.
What happens if only half of my spots are sold on the Clutch! app?
You are always free to sell any available spots the old-fashioned way with a Sharpie and a cardboard sign. If you do sell spots this way, be sure to remove these spots from your inventory through the Selling tab in the Clutch! app.
When will I get my money?
You will receive the money approximately 3 business days after the event via PayPal.
I prefer Venmo. Can you send it to me that way?
Unfortunately not. Currently Venmo does not allow the transfer of money between a business and an individual. We are fully aware of the success and popularity of Venmo and hope we can provide this as a method of payment at some point in the future.
