What does a Clutch! Brand Ambassador do?

There are 2 types of Clutch! Brand ambassadors:

Business Development Ambassadors

Business Development Ambassadors are responsible for communicating with the sellers on their campus. As a Biz Dev Ambassador, you will work on your pitching skills by converting sellers who are doing it the old-fashioned way. You will let sellers know about Clutch!, share your promo code with them, and help them get set up on the app.

Onboard sellers to the app
Deliver pitches to classes and student orgs
Canvas local neighborhoods
Manage leads through pipeline

Marketing Ambassadors

Marketing Ambassadors focus on increasing brand awareness of Clutch! among fans looking for parking. You will develop strong communication skills by participating in activations, talking with fans about Clutch!, and tabling at your local student center. Marketing Ambassadors also help fans get set up on the app and browse spots.

Your questions answered

What are the requirements to apply?

You must be a student (undergrads and grads accepted) at a school that has Clutch!, be at least 18 years of age, and have a PayPal account.

Can I apply to both positions?

You can certainly apply to both. Throughout the process of learning about the different roles, you’ll figure out which is a better fit for you.

How much of a time commitment is it?

It depends on which kind of ambassador you are, and how much time you want to put into the role, but on average you can expect a 10-20 hour per week commitment. Business Development Ambassadors will work a more flexible schedule than the Marketing Ambassadors.
